ABOUT

Rodgers Organs of New England is a group of people who love the organ and its music, and who believe in its essential role in worship. We work hard every day to make RONE the best place in the region to buy a classical church, home or concert organ. Here, you'll find experienced, talented people who will always listen to you and who are committed to helping you achieve your musical goals.

Doug Marshall and David Ogletree bring a combined 87 years of organ industry experience to every installation they undertake. Since RONE's founding in 1980, we have installed and continue to maintain nearly 1,200 Rodgers Classic Organ installations throughout the Northeastern United States.

Over the years, our company has earned a reputation for leadership and innovation within the organ industry, pioneering many advanced installation concepts which other dealers follow today. Here are a few examples:

  • We were the first Rodgers dealer anywhere to control an existing pipe organ from a Rodgers console.

  • We developed output circuitry modifications to enhance sonic potential within each space.

  • We developed proprietary methods to disperse sound in a more pipe-like fashion.

  • We used custom-engineered audiophile speaker systems for more natural-sounding installations.

Our Principals share a common lifelong devotion to the organ. Doug Marshall, a student of Virgil Fox and AGO National Playing Competition winner, is the genius behind the sound of our installations. David Ogletree, a Curtis Institute student of John Weaver, is a nationally known organ recitalist, and heads our marketing and sales efforts.

You can count on Rodgers Organs of New England as a full partner in the process of selecting, purchasing and installing your new instrument. We maintain a wonderful showroom, centrally located in Needham, MA, stocked with new and pre-owned instruments available for demonstration and for sale. We also service every instrument we sell, providing factory parts and factory-trained professional organ service for our customers.

We are honored to represent the Global Organ Group throughout the six New England states.
